Other requests
Privacy: write "Privacy request" in the subject and tell us what you want us to access, correct or delete.
Copyright: write "Copyright" in the subject, and include the exact URL and proof that you own the material. We remove content that infringes rights.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the tool pages — every tool has a "how to use" section and an FAQ. The PDF tools and the Background Remover run inside your browser, so if a tool does not start, check your internet connection first: the PDF libraries and the AI model download once and are then cached.

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within two to three working days. Reports about a tool that does not work at all are handled first, because they affect every visitor.
A tool is not working for me. What should I check first?
Start with three things: a stable internet connection, a fresh page load (hard refresh), and an up-to-date browser. The PDF tools download small libraries once, and the Background Remover downloads an AI model once, so the very first open needs internet and a little patience. On an older phone, close other tabs before using the file tools.
Can you see or recover my files?
No. The PDF tools and the Background Remover run inside your browser, so your files never reach us and we cannot recover one for you. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
Do you offer paid services or consulting?
No. Apni Shop only publishes free tools. We do not provide tax, legal, financial or religious consultancy, and we do not take payment for the tools.
Can I suggest a new tool or a rate source?
Yes, and we read every suggestion. Tell us the tool you want, who would use it, and where the correct data comes from. Features that many users ask for are added first.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored articles or sell links, so please do not send those requests.
